Personalized Lessons:

Experience a comprehensive martial arts program like no other, providing expert-led, weekly 30 minute personal lessons tailored to each student's unique learning style, individual goals and ability. Complete with customized lesson plans that get updated after each session, students receive the attention required for a 'more than movement' education with detailed feedback allowing for immediate adjustment to strengthen areas of individual need, not only in the martial arts, but in all areas of life. 

Group Lessons:

Our group classes, flexibility scheduled to fit every family's needs, compliment the personal lessons, focusing on their martial arts basics while improving muscle tone, flexibility, teamwork, and self-regulation, while promoting social skills and camaraderie in a supportive, inclusive environment.

➢ Mondays: 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm 

➢ Tuesdays: 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm

➢ Wednesdays: 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm 

➢ Thursdays: 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm 

➢ Saturdays: 9:30 am - 10 am (bag work)

As a family-oriented school, we understand the importance of choosing the right program. That is why we provide a complimentary, pressure free lesson. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and giving you time to make the best decision to meet your needs!

All our instructors are certified, background checked, CPR/First Aid trained, and employed (not volunteers). We also carry school district-level insurance. Unlike many extracurricular programs, we meet higher standards for safety, professionalism, and student wellbeing—no matter which program you choose.
